Ingredients: rice to boil, canned tomato, 1 egg, salt, garlic.
Boil a cup of rice in slightly salted water, then drain. In a saucepan put some olive oil and a garlic, after a little while add the canned tomato and a pinch of salt, and cook for 7-10 minutes. In a small pan pour some oil and when it's warm open the egg onto the pan, fry it for a minute. In a dish pour the rice, then the tomato sauce, and on top the egg.
Perfect and made in 10 minutes!
