Cut the butter into small pieces, when it is softened add sugar, work the mixture well. Join the whole egg and cocoa powder, mix well. Add slowly the heated milk while stirring. Transfer the whole mixture into a saucepan over medium heat and continue stirring. Bring to boil and cook for 2 minutes stirring constantly. Pour the pudding into molds or in one large mold and let it cool for a few hours in the fridge.
Tip: Mouth-watering with peaches in syrup and a glass of juice!
