First of all, the day before put strawberries and yogurt in the freezer. In the blender put the frozen fruit, the yogurt, the honey as you like (or powdered sugar) and the mint leaves. Blend at high speed until the mixture is well blended and creamy.
The ice cream is now ready to serve!
Tips: You can also use frozen mixed fruit from the supermarket. Also, if your kitchen temperature is too hot (as it happens in summer), the blending may melt during processing, so store it in the freezer for a while to get it back perfect.
