Stuffing: ricotta cheese with sugar and jam.
Cover two baking pans with baking paper. With a teaspoon take an small amount of mixture and with the help of another teaspoon slide it on the tray trying to make regular balls at about 3cm away from each other because during cooking they grow. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 °C. Take one chocolate disc and spread it with some stuffing, close it with another disc.
For the stuffing you can use your favourite jam or mascarpone cheese lightly sweetened and mixed with fresh fruit cut into small pieces.
